Every piece is printed when you order it. That is why the size range runs as wide as it does, and it is also why this reads differently from a shop that keeps things in boxes.
Misprinted, damaged, or not what the page said
That is ours to fix. Send a photograph within 30 days of it arriving and you get a replacement or your money back, whichever you would rather have. You will not be asked to mail anything back.
Tell us rather than the printer. They only deal with the shop, not with the person who bought from it, so a message to them would come straight back to you. Send it here once and we do the chasing.
The photograph is not us being difficult. It is what the printer needs to see to put it right, and it is faster than anything else you could do.
If it never turns up
Same 30 days, counted from the delivery date you were given. Tell us and it gets sent again or refunded.
The wrong size, or you have changed your mind
This is the part worth reading before you order. A piece with your order printed into it cannot go back on a shelf that does not exist, so it is not returnable for size or for a change of heart.
Each product says which blank it is printed on, and the people who make those blanks publish their own measurements. They do not agree with each other, so a medium in one is not a medium in another. Measure a shirt you already own and like, and compare it to their chart rather than to the size you usually reach for.
If you are between sizes and genuinely stuck, ask Kat before you order. That costs nothing and is a great deal easier than sorting it out afterwards.
The measurements
Printful's own figures, in inches, for the body the garment is meant to fit. They are not the flat dimensions of the shirt. Measure a garment you already own and like, or measure yourself, and compare.

Suppliers allow up to two inches of variation between one garment and the next. If you are between sizes, the larger one is the safer guess on the tee and the raglan; the hoodie already runs roomy.
The address
It goes where you type. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, it can go out again once the shipping is covered.
Canceling
Printing starts quickly, which is the whole point. An order can be stopped before it goes to press and not after, so if you need to cancel, say so straight away.
How to tell us
Get in touch with your order number and, for anything damaged or misprinted, a photograph. One message is enough.
This covers merch and nothing else. Horse Hub Plus is a separate thing with its own terms, and the “sales are final” rule there does not apply here.
