Every tool, every guide and your saved records are part of a free account and are not listed here. What Horse Hub Plus covers.
Changing or canceling
You can also email kat@lazykhorsemanship.com or use the contact form and we will do it for you.
When a subscription is canceled it keeps running to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. Your saved plans, reports and photographs are not deleted.
Payments are taken by Square. Their receipt email is also a record of the subscription and comes from Square rather than from us.
Payments are final and we do not give refunds. Canceling stops the next payment and lets the period you have already paid for run to its end; it does not return anything.
Who can see what you save
Lazy K administrators can see everything in your account. Anything you save here, of whatever kind, including kinds of record this site adds later, can be read through the administration portal. You do not switch that on and you cannot switch it off.
That is deliberate, and it is how a barn’s own records work: the point of the account is that your trainer can look at your horse’s trim dates or vitals when you ask about them.
Who holds that access can change. It belongs to the people running Lazy K and to anyone they have given a records role to. Ask and we will tell you who currently has it.
If you would not want a Lazy K administrator to read it, do not save it here. The member privacy page says exactly what this means before anybody signs up.
They can read what you save; they cannot change it. Nothing in the administration portal edits or deletes your records. What an administrator can add is a care-team note, written under their own name, which appears below. Your records stay yours to correct and yours to delete, at any time, from this page.

The training video and written instruction library is still being made. It is not part of this free account, and nothing on this site is behind a payment today.

Profile photo
A picture of your horse, if you like. It is resized in your browser to a small square before anything is sent, and the camera information that comes with a phone photo, including where it was taken, is left behind.
Privacy update: September 9, 2026
We updated retention and deletion, privacy requests, minors' safeguards, merchandise disclosures and optional analytics choices. Read the privacy policy and member terms. You can request your information or deletion without accepting an update.
Your information and privacy
Request a copy, correction or deletion of your account information. These links open your email app; send the message to submit the request. Use your account email. Do not include passwords, card details or identity documents.
Or email kat@lazykhorsemanship.com directly. We verify requests before releasing or deleting information. Account deletion is handled by a person and includes checking and stopping linked recurring subscriptions. We aim to finish within 30 days of receipt, with limited retention exceptions explained in the retention policy.
